October, 2002. $11.99 (Canada) is the original price. 437 pages plus book advertising, an excerpt from another of his books and congratulatory pats on the back. Mostly a tight binding but opens easily in a couple of spots. Light beige paper. Front Cover: A triangular wrinkle/crease at the upper right corner. A ¼" x 1" piece of Cover surface is missing at the middle. There must have been some sort of transparent tape on the Cover as there are outlines of the two tape edges. In General: The wrinkle/crease mentioned as being on the Front Cover extends inside for the first 2 pages, after which, by about page 42, it's just a small corner upturn. Another small corner upturn, up to page 35, is also at the lower right corner. Spine: Several line creases from book opening. Back Cover: A few scratches/fingernail indents. The two corners are creased (about ¼"). Story: A Doctor investigates the murder of a former patient and gets involved in her past which apparently involved the sex industry sub culture.
