Spine: There are a few very small wear spots on the edge, where it joins the Covers, and at the top.
Back Cover: Has a slightly bent corner, lower left, bottom, probably from the book being carelessly put on a shelf. A secondary partial bend is about a 1/2" above it.. Nothing to worry about, though.
Story: Randall is an English Grunt, fighting in World War 1, 1917. His wife's back home, in England. The rest, you'll have to read about. C.S.Forester is usually a good Author.
