Front Cover: Has a triangular wrinkle/crease at the upper right corner (extending inward 1") A spiderweb design is at that spot and the wrinkle blends in perfectly with it. A straight line wrinkle/crease where the book was opened is beside the Spine and another 2 smaller semi - circular ones (also where the book was opened) are beside the leading edge.
Back Cover: A similar triangular wrinkle/crease is at the upper left corner (extending inward about 2") plus there's a straight line wrinkle/crease beside the Spine where the book was opened.
Spine: Very small amounts of edge wear at the edges and along the sides. The bottom is a bit worn (about ¼").
In General: Water removed some of the colour at the top and bottom Spine side for about 3" (top) and 2" (bottom). There's a book store stamp on the first page and a rental price on the inside of the Front Cover.
Story: An Archeologist searches for a lost ruby.
