Spine: The top and bottom have torn sides where they join to the Front and/or Back Covers. Torn 1" on the left (top) and ½" on the right (bottom).
In General: The bottom right corner has a very slight upturn for the first 63 pages. The bottom is torn 1" on the right side. The paper has a light roll and stiffness. The last 30 pages at the top and bottom at the back of the book have water lines, decreasing as one goes inward.
Story: Bates, Gallico, Victor Canning and other Authors plus a series of Romantic cartoon drawings by the French cartoonist, Raymond Peynet.
