Front Cover: Another Cover stuck to it and whoever separated the Covers wasn't interested in niceties. I made a new Cover backing for it.
Back Cover: Some crease marks and it isn't quite centered anymore.
In General: The pages are rippled and the book has a slight bit of browning along the upper edge and part-way down the side, but this extends for only 5-6 pages at the front and the last couple of pages at the back. Pages 89 and 91 have small 1/8" upturns at the upper right edge.
