Light orange covers, with black print on the front and spine. 252 pages. Very tight binding. Medium beige paper. Front Cover: Water touched the front cover, dulling the colour and removing a bit of it at the bottom third, left side, bottom. Spine: Water lightly dulled the bottom half. Back Cover: Water lightened the colour at the top, left (3/4" x 4" long), in a triangular pattern), and for the bottom, right third, in a triangular pattern. In General: The back of the front cover has very light rippling at the three edges and very, very lightly by the spine of the first page only (1" wide). The inside of the back cover has very faint colour bleed at the top, right corner, in a triangular pattern (1/2" x 2 1/2") and at the bottom edge (1/2" x 3"), plus some very, very light ripples along the spine side, but nothing much. Pages 149-150 and 153-154 have a tiny (1/4" x 1/2") smidgen of colour at the top, right edge. The dust wrapper is ripped along the spine/front cover edge and took the brunt of the damage. General wear along the edges and there are some triangular creases. It's been handled. Story: Almost sounds a bit like Bertie Wooster, but .. A young, broke (what else?) Nobleman needs money to get married but is afraid to ask, so his girlfriend does the asking. Price: 50.00 USD
