Vonnegut, Jr., Kurt Cat's Cradle U.S. New Dell. 1970 Fourth Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Very Good. May, 1970. $.95 original price. 191 pages, plus book advertising at the back of the book. Tight copy. Beige paper. Green colouring to the edging. A triangular corner crease at the upper right corner, front cover (extending inward 3/4"). There's also a semi-fold at the middle of the front cover where the book was bent when opened. A wrinkle/crease beside the spine where the book was opened. A small amount of wear around the C in Cat's. Another wrinkle/crease on the spine, due to book opening. 2 small, 1/2" lines on the upper left corner, back cover, and that corner has a crease, about 1/4" inward. There's also a straight line wrinkle/crease beside the spine where this cover was opened. Edge wear to both covers and the spine. A name is written, in ink, at the top of the first page. Vonnegut's usual strange story line. Price: 12.00 USD
Vonnegut, Jr., Kurt Sirens of Titan, The U.S. Dell. 1975 Twenty-Fourth Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Very Good, Overall. October, 1975. $1.25 original price. 319 pages, plus one page of book advertising at the back of the book. Beige paper. Very tight binding. Green colouring to the edging. Wrinkle/creases on both corners of the front cover (1/2" inward, top and 11/2" inward, bottom). A 2" wrinkle/crease beside the spine side and two at the top. One is beside the spine and the other at the middle, top edge. Both are slanted toward the right side, on a downward slant (about 3" each). There's a brownish, irregular stain at the bottom corner (about 1" wide) and this extends into the next 16 pages, leaving a brownish mark. Spine is wrinkled at the middle where the book was opened. Back cover has three small wrinkle/creases at the bottom, left corner, plus some minor scratches,etc. from handling, but it's a relatively clean, fresh cover. A brown spot on the top edge, toward the back (about 1/8" x 1/4" in size). There's edge wear along the edges of the front cover and along the bottom edge of the back cover. Also along both edges, and sides, of the spine. Vonnegut is noted for his rather strange story lines. Price: 6.00 USD
