Very tight binding. Beige paper. Yellow colouring to the edging. Contains: Many fine pen-and-ink drawings, reminding me of a similar style by one of the Playboy artists who speciallizes in sports. A couple of fingernail marks on the back cover, but very minor. Steinbeck says that this story is written as a Play, as well as a story. He calls it a Play-Novelette. Circus life and a man's need to settle down. Steinbeck has a nice style of writing, I think. Price: 16.75 USD
