A slight upward roll to the upper right of the front cover (1/8"). A crease line by the spine. A few scuffs and marks on the back cover. Slight edge wear along the edges of the back and front covers. A small 1/4" tear at the bottom, right, of the spine. Some wrinkling on the spine. A name at the top of the first page. Erma expounds on how to raise children. And to cope. Bil Keane adds delightful cartoons. Price: 5.25 USD

No date is mentioned for this particular edition. Nor is an Edition mentioned. $1.95 original price. 256 pages. Beige paper. Reasonably tight copy. There's a line crease on the front cover, by the spine, where the cover was opened. Two very small wrinkle/creases and some shelf wear at the bottom and riight side. One crease on the spine from opening the book. The back cover has two wrinkle/creases (1" at the top and 3" at the bottom, left side), plus some edge wear. There's a name, in ink, on the second page. Erma writes about The Suburbs, School, Drive-Ins (Remember those?), Car Pools, etc. Price: 5.75 USD

Illustrations: Nilson, Judith. $1.95 original price. 255 pages, plus a short Bibliography of the Author at the back of the book. Tight binding. Light tan paper. (?) Yellow colour to the edging. Front Cover: A partial, semi-circular wrinkle/crease at the bottom, right corner. A straight line crease beside the spine, from book opening. Spine: 5 very light creases from book opening. Back Cover: An almost invisible verticle line down the middle of the cover, plus 2-3 small fingernail marks. In General: Page 41 has a corner folded down as a book mark. There is a 1/8" slight tear at the spine side of the back cover. The four corners have small, 1/8" upturns, or creases. Story: Erma writes about Drive-Ins, the 'Burbs, etc. A nostalgia book.
