In General: A few creases are on both Covers and some indents and smudges plus a bend at the back from holding the book when reading..
Story: A case for Perry Mason to solve. He's a much tougher Cookie in these books than portrayed on T.V. by Raymond Burr. Although..ahem..cough...Burr was once busted for enjoying himsef too much with Dela Street and friends at a rented Motel room. 004363

Front Cover: Light wear's on the bottom edge and the usual slight indents are at the Spine side from water touching the Spine. A " light crease's at the bottom, right corner. Nothing much.
Spine: Two creases from book opening plus the small bumps from water touching the Spine.
Back Cover: Four indents beside the Spine from water touching the Spine.
In General: Outside of the small indents and Spine marks the book's in quite good condition as it was probably Mint, to start with.
Story: Perry solves a Blackmail case and then murder. He's a much tougher cookie in the books than was portrayed in the T.V. Series although I found the T.V. episodes usually always good. Poor Cragg never seemed to win against Perry. 004926

Story: The Leeds family go to Perry Mason because they object to a former Klondike Dance Hall woman claiming part of their Dad's money. There's also Blackmail and Murder for Perry to solve. 004338

In General: The book's slanted a bit to the right from other books pressing on this one. The first page and inside of the Front Cover have a couple of names and a date written. Although water touched at the Spine the pages are quite flexible and the paper colour's nice.
Story: Murder and, as usual, Perry Mason has to solve it. 004767

$1.25 is the original price. 214 pages (first Story) and 237 pages, the Introduction to the second Story and a bit of book advertising. Light beige paper. Tight binding. Red colour on the edges but with a couple of very small marks at the bottom of the Spine side. Nothing much.
Front Cover: The usual crease from book opening's at the Spine side and about six thin, slanted scratches and a small circle where a previous Owner was probably trying to get his ballpoint to work. A slight bit of wear's at the bottom edge and a small "1C" in ballpoint, whatever that was for.
Spine: The usual line from book opening's down the middle as this is a reasonably thick book.
Back Cover: Small bits of wear are at the three sides, here-and-there. Nothing much.
In General: Page eighty-seven has a creased corner for a bookmark. It was nicely smoothed down although the mark continues for a couple of pages on either side of it.
Story: The Case of the Howling Dog was turned into a TV episode on The Perry Mason program several years ago. I don't recall the Plot of the other Story, though. 004642
