Studs Terkel Working Avon Books. 1975 First Avon Books Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Fine Plus. Water Touched. Canada. #380-22566. March, 1975. $2.25 is the original price. 762 pages. Tight binding, but the book opens easily between pages 124-127. Red colouring to the edging. Front Cover: A small number of wrinkle/creases in the middle, where it was held open. A triangular wrinkle/crease at the bottom, right corner (1" inward) and 4-5 small, 1/16" wear spots at the upper left. Creased in several spots where the book was opened. Back Cover: A 2" wrinkle/crease mark where it was held open and a couple of scratches at the bottom, left corner. In General: A very slight touch of water on the bottom of the left corner, in a triangular area, extending about 1/32" inward, and for about 20+ pages. 3-4 very small spots of faded colour on the bottom edge where drops of water touched, but nothing to worry about. Story: The book is a compilation of social commentary about the U.S. and how working people feel they are looked upon by others. You know what I mean: William Holden shouting from the window sort of thing. Price:
