U.S. #78-615. $1.25 iis the original price. Although the first Copyright was 1965, this edition has "1969" at the top of the page. 157 pages, plus book advertising at the back of the book. Tight binding. Purple colour on the edges.
Front Cover: Small, white spots are on the surface from where another book was stuck and, when removed, took very small bits of the Cover.
Spine: A wrinkle/crease from book opening, plus a small bit of edge wear at the top and bottom edges.
Back Cover: Another book stuck here and about 3/4 of the Cover's surface lifted from it.
In General: Water touched the coloured edges but, somehow, there's no colour bleed. Amazing! There's a soft roll to the outer 1 1/2" edge, right side of the book. A name, and date is written in ball point at the top of the first page.
Story: De Sade's ideas as to pleasure. I browsed the book and it's rather tame, compared to some of the stuff one sees on T.V., at least in Canada, where there doesn't seem to be much left to the imagination. 000943
