	1	*Fox, Gardner F./Brunner, John* *Arsenal of Miracles, The/Endless Shadow* U.S. Ace Double Books. 1964 #F-299. First Ace Double Books Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Very Good Plus. 1964 is the last Copyright date stated. $.40 is the original price. 97 pages (Endless Shadow) and 156 pages (Arsenal of Miracels) plus book advertising at the back of both books. Tight binding. Medium beige paper. Front Cover (Arsenal of Miracles): A very faint 3" horizontal wrinkle/crease is at the upper third. Spine: A slight reddish discolouration. Front Cover (Endless Shadow): A vertical manufacturing line about ½" from the right edge. A light, partial triangular wrinkle/crease is at the bottom right corner (extending inward, about 2"). In General: A bit of edge wear along the edges of both Covers and the bottom of the Spine and a bit of light rubbing at the upper and lower right edge. Story - Endless Shadow : Two worlds threaten to destroy the unity of 40 other worlds. Story - Arsenal of Miracles : The Man who leads Earth's fleet to defeat by an attacking Alien race falls for their Queen and is banished because of it. 000537 Price: 10.89 USD

	2	*Chandler, A. Bertram & Brunner, John* *Lady in the Lake, The* Canada.. Ballantine Books. 1973 #345-02204-1. Fourth Ballantine Books Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Fine Minus. Cover: Adams, Tom. Canada. #345-02204-1. February, 1973. $.95 is the original price. 217 pages, plus a short Biography of the Author at the back of the book. Tight binding, but opens a bit easily between pages 74-75. Light medium beige paper, ever so slightly beginning to turn a bit darker. Orange colour on the edging, slightly lighter at the top edge. Cover Art: Adams, Tom. Front Cover: A faint wrinkle/crease line from book opening is by the Spine. A slight upturn is at the top edge (1/16" wide x 3" long) where another book probably pressed on this one. Very small bits of edge wear are at the bottom edge in two places. Spine: Two manufacturing marks down the middle. Back Cover: Both corners have very small (1/8") upturns. Story: Philip Marlowe, Private Eye, has to find out what happened to a woman who's disappeared. The book was made into a good movie. A nice, if unusual, Cover design. 001246 Price: 11.50 USD

	3	*Brunner, John* *Meeting at Infinity* U.S. Ace Books. 1969 #020-52400. First Ace Books Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Very Good Plus, to Fine Minus. $.60 is the original price. 155 pages, but page 52-53 and the first page have brittle glue. Orange colour on the edges. Medium beige paper, turning a bit darker at the top and bottom edges. Front Cover: 2 small (1/32") indents are at the top edge. There's one very faint fingernail indent but it's not very noticeable. There's also a faint white line by the Spine. Spine: A thin line where the book was originally opened. Back Cover: One small, thin line indent by the Spine side. There's a newstand date stamp on the top edge and a small (1/8") bend at the bottom, left corner. In General: Someone used Scotch tape on the inside to tape the Front and Back Covers to the first and last pages. The book is in one piece but tape marks can be seen as these usually discolour and dry out over time. Still, condition is as I listed as the book is in very nice shape despite the inner taping. Story: A Scientist brings to Earth an Alien machine which restores life to people. 000147 Price: 13.20 USD

	4	*Brunner, John* *Quicksand* U.S. Doubleday and Co. 1967 A True First Edition. Hard Cover with Wraps. Good Rdg. Copy. Water Touched. Wrapper: Good. Ex-Library Book. $4.50 is the original price. 240 pages. Very tight copy. Near - white paper with a rough cut right edge. In General: The black cloth binding is water rippled as is the Wrapper (Rippled and with two 1" tears at the top of the front part of the Wrapper). The first 30 pages at the front of the book are rippled at the bottom, increasing in rippling as one goes toward the 30th page. There's some brown staining on the inside of the Front and Back Covers and something's been removed from the inside of the Back Cover so that a paper tear exists (about ¼" x 3" in size). A Library pocket is on the back page plus it's stamped as a Library Copy on the bottom edge. Two small date stamps and a 3 digit number are stamped at the top of the first page. Story: A man falls for a strange girl, who appears to be from another planet. 000112 Price: 9.75 USD

	5	*Brunner, John* *Quicksand* U.S. Doubleday and Co. 1967 First Doubleday & Co. Edition. Hard Cover, with Wrapper. V. Gd. Plus. Water Touched. Wrapper: Good +. Water Touched Ex-Library Book. Cover Art: Schongut, Emanuel. Black Covers with silver print on the Spine. Stated First Edition. $4.50 is the original price. Tight binding. Original white paper. 240 pages. In General: A water mark can be see at the top, bottom and Spine side. The Library pocket, date stamp and Library number are on the first page. The inside of the Front Cover has had something removed which left a ¾" - wide bit of white paper still glued. The last page has a similar mark and the inside Back Cover has two strips where something was removed. There's also a 2" - wide light beige strip (possibly from glue?) The usual Library number and stamp are on the top and bottom edges. The book has the usual water oval indent which makes the pages a bit stiff. Rough - cut right edge. Wrapper: A couple of light indents at the front but the back (left half) has some creasing and water rolls. The same for the back and front inside flaps. There's also a ¼" tear at the bottom of the inside front flap. Story: Our Hero becomes obsessed with a strange girl from an unknown planet. 003696 Price: 18.43 USD

	6	*Chandler, A. Bertram/Brunner, John* *Rim of Space, The (Chandler)/Secret Agent of Terra (Brunner).* U.S. Ace Double Novel Books. #F-133. First Ace Books Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Poor-Fair Rdg.Copy.Water Tchd. U.S. #F-133. 1961 (Rim of Space) and 1962 (Secret Agent) are the latest Copyright dates which are mentioned. $.40 is the original price. 128 pages, plus a page of book advertising (Rim of Space) and 127 pages (Secret Agent). Still reasonably tight binding despite water touching the book. Mostly light tan paper. Front Cover (Rim of Space): A 1 1/2" verticle wrinkle/crease from book opening is beside the right edge, plus there's a 1" indent at the middle, beside the right edge. The bottom of the book has a straight line indent (1/2" from the bottom edge) where another book pressed on top of this one. There's a 1/4" impression at the top third, Spine side, and the Cover has a very gentle roll. Front Cover: (Secret Agent): Mostly still covered by the remains of another Cover. It's stuck too tightly for me to try removing it. In General: Rim of Space has an indent at the bottom half plus there's some gentle rolling at the right edge. In General: Secret Agent: The first page is dark tan at the right edge. Toward the middle of both books, from about page 120+, the paper is a darker tan probably where water dried. Story: Rim of Space - Thud and blunder about The Rim Worlds, written by a top Author. Story: Secret Agent - Good, versus nastiness and greed. 001556 Price: 6.66 USD

	7	*Brunner, John* *Slide* U.S. Dell Pub. Co. 1977 #30-440-17701. Second DelL Edition. Mass Market Paperback. Good. Water Touched. July, 1977. $1.95 is the original price. Tight binding but opens easily between pages 102-103. Light beige paper. 235 pages plus book advertising. Light washed-out green colour on the edges. A widthwise indent at the bottom edge from another book pressing against this one (about ¼" high). Spine: 4-5 creases from book opening. Back Cover: A light triangular corner crease at the top left (extending inward 1½"). An 1/8" scrunge mark at the bottom of the right Spine side and a few small, light indents at the Spine side in the form of a sideways "M". In General: Pages 115-118 have their rop right corners double creased and this mark has continued for a few pages. The right edge has a ½" indent from something pressing against the book at this spot. Some light green ink bleed is on the insides of both Covers and (here-and-there) on various pages. It's nothing too much, though. Lastly, page 212 has a ¼" triangular piece missing beside the page number. The right page edges have a slight roll (extending inward ½"). Nothing much. Story: Rains cause a giant mudslide In California and a large grocery store is sucked into it. The usual rescue efforts, etc. 003922 Price: 4.00 USD
