U.S. February, 1970. $3.95 is the original price. 192 pages. Tight binding. Original creamy-white paper.
In General: A number, and date stamp are at the top of the first page. Numbers are stamped on the top edge and "Anco Copy" at the bottom edge. Pages 58 and 60 have folded corners as page markers. A touch of edge wear is at the bottom, right edge of the Spine, where it joins to the Front Cover. A Library Pocket was removed from the inside of the Front Cover, leaving a barely noticeable mark.
Wrapper: Glued to the Covers at the flaps.
Story: Future wars are decided by allocating two teams of 9 men, to fight it out, with the winner taking all. 000696

U.S. February, 1970. Medium blue colour binding, with black printing. Wrapper: The bottom 1/2" has a few bends, here-and-there, but is in pretty good condition. The inside of the Wrapper has light bluish colour transfer from the book. The Wrapper is Mylar plastic covered. Note: There isn't a Scan as it's identical to the other copy Scan.
Front Cover: Water rippled at the top, left side, and bottom, extending inward, 2" (top and bottom) and 3" (left side).
Spine: There's a bent-under portion (1/4") where the book rests on it.
Back Cover: Also water rippled, except at the middle portion (3" wide x 6 1/2" high).
In General: 1/2" of bluish colour bleed along the edges (1/2") and a little bit at the bottom edge, beside the Spine side. Library numbers are at the top edge and there's a date stamp, plus Library numbers, at the top edge of the first page. The first and second pages at the front and back of the book have water marks. The first page at the front has a small bit of paper which is missing at the bottom edge. The book's pages are slightly stiff at the right side, but show no damage, otherwise.
Story: In the Future, wars are not fought. Instead, two teams of 9 men, (and/or) Aliens, fight it out inside a Stadium. Winner takes all. 000951
